My Approach to Spine Care

Spine care should be individualized, thoughtful, and focused on
long-term function — not simply imaging findings.

My goal is to help patients understand their condition, explore both surgical and non-surgical options, and make informed decisions about their care. I emphasize patient education, recovery optimization, bone health, and evidence-based treatment strategies designed to support both immediate recovery and long-term mobility.

Surgery is only one part of spine care. Successful outcomes often depend on the full picture — movement, strength, bone quality, lifestyle, recovery planning, and patient goals.
